Our first step.

A first assessment will verify the personal details and whereabouts of the debtor.

A legal analysis of your claim regarding jurisdiction, applicable law, etc, will also be conducted during our first assessment.

Moreover however, before valubale time and energy are being invested into the efforts of a debt recovering process, an enquery into the debtor's financial situation will be launched in order to avoid unpleasant surprises.

All these aspects come together in our first-assessment, which takes about a week.

It is a special advisory service for creditors ending with an estimation about the feasibility of enforcement.

We charge a one time fixed-fee for this service. This fee is not included in the legal costs.
